   The company was formed to take over the operations of existing businesses run under proprietary banners such as Jailaxmi Enterprises, Jailaxmi Enterprises (Agencies), etc., which were into different domains of business such as trading Electrical equipment, Consumer Durables, Home Appliances, Construction & Real Estate, C&F, Turnkey civil projects, etc.

   Ever since its inception, company had progressed with excellent growth record lead by its Managing Director Mr. M Hanumantha Rao with directors Mr. M Satyanarayana Rao and Mr. M Visweswara Rao under the guidance of Chairman Mr. M Chalamayya who is a prominent philanthropist and a famous personality.
