However, the leaves not utilized shall automatically get accumulated for a Vacation break or for a equivalent pay in lieu of the same. The leave pattern of an employee is also a vital criterion in the process of Performance Appraisal and is directly proportional to the growth prospects.

The company has proposals for contributing to ESI and Provident Fund in about a 3 months period from now. However, the discretion to contribute to ESI and PF rests with the employees who complete their probationary period successfully.

» Insurance
The company has plans for Personal Insurance coverage of all its employees in a very short period of time. The company shall be contributing a major portion of the premium on behalf of the employees to encourage them to opt in for higher Personal Insurance coverage.

» Personal Finance
All the employees, besides lucrative rewards and pay packages, are also entitled for Personal Finance of an amount upto 10 times their monthly emoluments. Employees can avail of these Finance options for any of their genuine requirements on submission of the relevant documentary evidences for sanction of the finance. The company also sponsors its employees for loans from other banks for amounts higher than those that are acceptable by the company.

» Refreshments at Work
