Telecommuting today, is an evolving concept that would sooner
or later become the most efficient way of utilizing the valuable
resources effectively. We at JAP understand the significance
of valuable resources and in our effort to best utilise them

We encourage telecommuters who accept to have an on-site presence
at least intermittently. The typical telecommuters we rarely
hire for their distinctive skills work for us for a couple of
days in a week from home and ensure their on-site presence once
in a week. Most telecommuters are existing employees who’ve

even after their regular tenure with the company.
